The Reno-Tahoe NACE chapter spent an evening learning about Quinceneras at the Grand Sierra Resort. While learning about this growing market, members enjoyed an exceptional menu including Spicy Fish Ceviche over Shredded Lettuce, Carnitas, Queso Fundido con Chorizo, Frijoles Charros, Jalapeño cheese Biscuits, and a variety of decadant deserts.
