The Reno-Tahoe NACE chapter spent an evening learning about Quinceneras at the Grand Sierra Resort. While learning about this growing market, members enjoyed an exceptional menu including Spicy Fish Ceviche over Shredded Lettuce, Carnitas, Queso Fundido con Chorizo, Frijoles Charros, Jalapeño cheese Biscuits, and a variety of decadant deserts. The evening was topped off with a fashion show featuring the latest in Quinceanera trends. Take a look at those gorgeous gowns!

Members enjoyed four wines hand selected by the Silver Legacy’s own Restaurant & Wine Director at the award winning Sterling Steakhouse, Philip DeManczuk. Each wine was paired with a special dish created by The Grove’s Executive Chef Shakka Moore. While entertainment was provided by Jeff Leep's rendition of jazz music
